Conditions for hotel booking during Iracon-2010

* Above rates are on per night basis and are inclusive of rooms, buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes. * Breakfast will not be provided incase of "Budget" category hotels.
* Room reservation will be confirmed on first-come-first-serve basis.
* In case the accommodation is filled, then SAND PEBBLES TOUR N TRAVELS- the Official Travel Agent reserves the right to transfer the booking in hotel of the same category.
* All reservation requests must accompany a non-refundable deposit by D. D. in favour of "SAND PEBBLES TOUR N TRAVELS" payable a Bhubaneswar for all days of the conference to guarantee the room.
* Rates are valid for the duration of the conference only i. e. 26th to 28th November 2010. However, may vary due to changes in government policies, taxes etc
* Rates are mentioned in Indian Rupees, however will vary in case of Foreign Nationals, who need to pay in US Dollars.
* Check In & Check Out time is 12:00 noon.
* The deadline for booking: 31 September 2010.
* As Bhubaneswar is a tourist attraction delegates should book accommodation as early as possible to avoid inconvenience at a later date.
